What data we will collect: 

Suzie’s Deeds Cleaners LTD collect the following data; Personal identification information (name, age, address, telephone numbers and email addresses), geographical location and demographic data.

You directly provide us with most of the data we collect. We collect and process data when you: Provide us the requested information, voluntarily complete a customer satisfaction survey, provide feedback on our message boards or via email, use or view our website via your browsers cookies or visit our social media pages.

Suzie’s Deeds Cleaners LTD collects your data so we can:

Arrange your services and manage your account, email or message you with customer satisfaction surveys or target our marketing to a particular geographical location or demographic.

We store your data securely at our office Unit E2, G4 Business Centre, Carlisle Street, Sheffield S4 7QN. Customer files are stored with limited access and covered by CCTV.

Data is also stored remotely via a cloud-based server. We will keep your documentation for a minimum of 3 years after which time your data will be disposed of by shredding and computer files deleted.


We would like to send you information about our products and services that we think you might like. At the time of this document production, we do not have any partner companies who we share data with, should this change this policy will be updated and you will be notified.
